Jeff Hardy and Lillian Garcia will be leaving the end of the month. I figured they will have Jeff lose the belt to CM Punk and then Matt Hardy will work his way to try and capture the Gold. Jeff has told people he will not be returning, but if the MTV doesn't come through, he may return early 2010. He is to be touring in Japan in October but that could change also. I am really going to miss Jeff, but hope for the best in his other goals and personal life as well. :(( boooohooo
Lillian said this isn't the "last" we will see her, but she may return but hasn't said when. Her contract is up the end of the month and will be getting married, so I am sure she will want to stay in one area for awhile and enjoy her honeymoon and life as a wife.
Both of these "Stars" will be missed very much and wish them both the best of luck and hope to see again, real soon.

I thin Jeff was better off on TNA. I think it was more his style. If he was to return to wrestling he should go back ther. As for Lillian not to be rude or anything but I didnt like her at all. When I heard she was leaving last month I was so glad. She really isnt that important to WWE and can be replaced quickly and easily. I still wish both of them the best of luck with their future endeveurs.

Jeff wasn't as much 'INTO' the show as he was on TNA and right now TNA is having alot of legal issues with Angle and Jarrett. oh boy
Lillian, all the ring announcers they don't really "use" as much as I feel they should. They could be more involved in the skits and what not. Just like the Miz did with Lillian a few weeks ago, that was making her part of the routine and it was neat. She has been with them for along time and done all the traveling with them to everyshow, so she is part of it.

I've known that Jeff was leaving but I haven't heard anything about Lilian's career. I was shocked knowing that she's leaving the WWE. She has been in the company for more than 10 years, it's a decade already. I thought she was married already. =) I hope both of them are still working for the company.

Why can't he come back ? I'm little bit confused with 'with what has happened'. And do we already get someone who replaces Lilian's place as ring announcer ?

surprised that jeff and lillian are leaving wwe. i think wwe will be hard pressed to look for suitable replacements for the two. both have been an integral part of the company and they will be sorely missed.
anyway, i think jeff leaving gives an opportunity to other wrestlers to capture the title and bask in the limelight. jeff hardy has been involved with the title one way or another for the past few months and although it was entertaining, it was kinda tiring seeing the twist of fate or the whisper in the wind over and over again. i do hope that matt hardy gets his shot at the title and he fills in for jeff's shoes. if there's someone who can do what jeff does, it's matt hardy.he's not as popular and not as charismatic but he is a hard worker and a good wrestler.his in-ring skills are at par with jeff hardy but his mic skills needs improvement. also, cm punk has been a great revelation as a heel in wwe. i think he really did well. sort of reminds me of edge, only fresher and not as angry. i'd love to see both edge and cm punk team up in the future to terrorize whoever is the face of smackdown at that time. plus i think punk can do a little switcheroo and move from being a heel and a face easily unlike that of edge whom is clearly relegated to being a heel for the past few years.
hopefully, wwe creative gives a sound and deserving farewell to jeff hardy. he will be missed by his fans.

I feel this will benefit Matt Hardy because come on The Hardy's have to win a title or else they wouldn't be the Hardy's. Matt isn't as popular but he is still a Hardy and still has some cool moves, he's just not as daring as Jeff. All the wrestlers know who is going to win and who does what, with the writers. Each one just gets popular at other times, and with the times changing and the fans changing, they have to try and change with the times. Edge and Punk would be a good a match and yes, Punk can play heel and babyface good either way. Edge and Jericho will always be a heel i feel, they play that part well.
I also hope they give him a good leave, though I figured they would play it as an injury since they are saying he is going to wrestle at SummerSlam against Doctors orders........

Wow, that's really unfortunate. I haven't been watching it as regularly lately with my husband so I didn't realize this was all going on. I'm actually surprised he didn't tell me!!
I'm just really disappointed we don't have anywhere to go see Summer Slam this weekend. We use to go to an awesome sports bar to watch the PPVs but we've since moved out of state and haven't found a place that shows WWE PPVs.

Yes, it is. Jeff was Smackdowns "money-maker" so they are going to have to be doing something now to fill his shoes and NO ONE, I mean NO BODY will replace him or be like him. I really want to watch Summerslam now, it will be on there or the Friday afterwards that he will be leaving. :((

now that's really sad news for Jeff Hardy fan like me, anyways, I do hope that Jeff would come back and entertain us. I just watched Summerslam earlier and it was a classic. Jeff really leave something to remember. Something we will never forget til he comes back and do another one.

Yes, he will be very much missed and I wish him all the best. It will not be the same watching Smackdown without Jeff. All his moves, emotions and "wild" stunts will be missed. I really don't know if I can watch it with out him.......hmmmhmmm

It was to be expected of jeff to leave at some point as it had been hinted back and forth on wrestling news sites for months now and lilian leaving is very sad the voice will never be the same again.
I think it could make sense that punk win the title back from jeff at summerslam because i read on wrestling attitude that the undertakers return could be a fued with cm punk which in turn could set the undertaker up for his last major title reign before he retires because lets face it he is getting on a bit now and i would hate for him to be like hogan and drag it on and on and on until he's old and saggy and trying to keep up with the younger ones that would be very sad indeed, i also think it would be a good idea for wwe to have undertaker take in an apprentice to fill his shoes when he does retire also someone to be by his side in his matches who would stop him becoming the victim of gangups as we see so often happen, it would however have to be someone who could pull the persona off as well as mark does but don't call him undertaker give him a different name that sounds just as menacing.
