how to look presentable????????????????????????

i have heard from many people that if you are working than you should look presentable so that everbody would notice you. earliar i used to dress upsimple no make up simple clothes but now i start wearing fashion clothes and i have been noticed by people sometimes got good responces if someone praise you it gives you a diffrent charm to look after yourself you like to noticed by people plz responce????????????

How to not look presentable - use alot of exclamation or question marks in the end of your every sentence.
But how to look - when you are in an office work - wearin a suit, a modest one, might be what others might seek for.
Wearing the latest fashion at you workplace might end up as a problem, not the solution.
