does my lot pay for other countries.... because i live in philipines but i have a paypal account.Can somebody give me a tip or can someone advice me and is there a philipino user here

Yes, mylot pays for those in the Philippines. Actually, I am from the Philippines too and you can certainly qualify for payout in this site provided that you have a Paypal account because I believe that is the only method of payment for non-US residents.
