Do you like or drink WATER?

I was talking with a friend, and of course all our doctors tell us to drink more water. I agree that it will help our system and flush our bodies of toxins....well I have a problem. I don't like water, don't like the taste. I have even tried the flavored, vitamin water, even down to putting in jollyrancher. Does anyone else have the same trouble as I do with drinking water? What do you do that you drink it?

I do drink water sometimes...I don't really like it so I mainly drink cordial which is about 80% water but with the flavor....I don't like the vitamin waters either, I think they taste too weak.

yea, some of the bottle watered i don't care for either, some are too plain for the flavor and others seem too tart. I like some of the gatorades but they say too much of that takes away certain enzymes....guess can't win for losing....

I love water!! Long ago I stopped drinking pop, it's soooo bad for you! I learned to like water. Of course, some places the water is awful, like in the Southwest because of the alkaline soil and other factors. Your kidneys and liver will thank you if you learn to enjoy water. Try mixing some stuff in it, then start reducing what you put in it every few days, just a little bit. Eventually, your taste buds will get accustomed to it and you'll enjoy water! Of course, if your water is nasty tasting this won't work.

I hardly ever drink pop/soda anymore. I try to mix stuff into my water but just can't seem to get accustomed to it. Maybe I can start weaning myself off my tea and dilute my tea alittle each day to get to the water......mmmmmm?????

That's what my sister did. She was drinking a gallon or more of sweetened tea every day and the doctor told her she was hurting her kidneys and the rest of her body and she had to stop or else. So she diluted it, slowly, and now she enjoys water. Good luck!

We drink alot of water. Might be we have some good tasting water from a spring near us. It is tested and free to all. We take our 3 liter bottles down there and fill them. We cook with it, drink it, make pitchers with it from the juice concentrates we buy frozen for later drinking. It matters where your water comes from. Ours in this are is from run off and then treated. Those chemicals are not for me when I can help it. Our well, has minerals and is very hard so while we can drink it we only mostly use it for washing dishes and us etc. Bottled water is a rip off no matter how you look at it.I have NEVER found a bottled water that I tasted that even tasted anything like real water. Have heard that any amount of it is from someones tap anyway. Save your money. As long as you get fluids from other sources you may be ok. If you wait til you are thirsty chances are you are already dehydrated.

I don't buy bottled water, just because i can't find one i like. My mother in law does, then they tell us to watch our "well" water so its like a catch 22.... That pure spring sounds really good..... I really like water if it is completely "cold" with ice and all, then in the winter, I like my hot tea and hot cocoa.

I like drinking water. It tastes great and I always need a glass to go with every meal. You can try just gulping down a cup of water if you really don't like the taste. There are also flavored water. They have a lot new flavored water that came out and some of them even taste like they have calories.

yea, i have been trying the different flavors of water and i have even tried some of the sugar free drinks....some i like but others have that bitter taste, but the doctors and whatever i read said plain water is best, and those are hard to find what taste cold and fresh with out the nasty after taste, bitterness, tartness, etc.

I hate drinking water, no matter how good it is for me, I don't like tasteless beverages and have hard time drinking it. The only way I can drink water if it is super cold. I usually get a bottle of water and and stick in the freezer for 30-40 minutes and then I'll drink it.
