Curly hair help

I have curly hair, and it drives me crazy. I have never been able to find a product that keeps the frizz out. I don't like having the crunchy, sticky feeling that some gel causes, and I am not a fan of hair spray. I want something nice and light that makes my hair look nice. Does anyone have any recommendations, or is this a hopeless cause?

I have curly hair... the only thing so far that really works for me is jahoba oil. i buy it online. i was my hair with it only when in the heat my hair drys its touch and go. I think you have to just do a search see what words well for you. because curly hair is narually dryer then straight hair.

its opposite in my case as i prefer straighter hair as compared to curly ones. I personaly feel that curly hair looks as a birds nest and so i better opt for long staright hairs like mine.

I have some curly hair too and of course if you straighten it and it rains and you get it wet then it just gets curly of course. I have some spray gel that i use that is very light and it doesn't feel like all nasty in your hair it is phyto organics by Nexxus and it isn't cheap but can last along time and i don't mind using it at all because i of course have used all the store brand stuff you can get at the grocery store. If you go to a Salon you can get some good stuff and then a Ulta store if you have one near by has some good stuff in it too andy ou can ask someone in there for suggestions.

I have curly hair and I usually use a volumizing mousse first, then blow it dry a little and then add a little bit of shine serum, which seems to help tame the frizzies, especially in humid weather. I also use a flexible hold hairspray where needed (I like the one by Dove) and it doesn't leave my hair crunchy.

Have you tried leave in conditioners, or maybe oils...something that will add a little weight and soften the hair a bit, I have wavy hair and I find that if I add a bit of a oily leave in conditioner to my hair after the shower, it doesn't frizz anywhere near as bad....it leaves it soft and manageable. The downside is if you put too much in your hair just looks oily, so you will have to mess around to see what the right amount is for your hair.
