People who don't smoke marijuana: How do you percieve those of us who do?

A wise old woman (my own mom) once told me I'm an unmotivated loser, because I smoke pot. This was during my high school years, so I suppose I wasn't doing much with my life anyway (besides going to school, and smoking pot). Nowadays I take care of my kid, cook, clean, go to college, shop, read, and craft. And in no way am I trying to defend myself from your answers, just clearing up the timeline here. My question is...I've always (almost) exclusively associated with other potheads...So, How do you people, who don't smoke perceive those of us who do? What are your thoughts on there being sooo many everyday people who DO smoke on a daily basis?
