From beyond the grave

I received a friends request from someone the other day. I didn't know them so I looked at their profile page. They had no activity, had started no discussions and hadn't even logged in for over 6 weeks! How do they do that? Make a friend request without actually being on the site?

Beats hell outta me, darlin. I couldn't begin to figure that one out. And now, I'm calling a taxi and going to trivia night at the 34. Wish me luck. xxxx

That is strange. I have had people with no activity wanting to be a friendsbut they have usually just logged in and I am the first friend which is very suspicious as they are usually trolls or someone who wants to start trouble with me.

That is weird. Maybe it is a glitch and it is just showing the wrong information. I have had that happen to me before.
But it is really strange.

Maybe it was lost in Mylot land and it just found it's way to your profile?

There was a member who commented to one discussion, last night I just can't remember if it's mine or a friend's discussion. I was intrigued with the member so I checked his profile. You know what p1ke, his last activity is a month ago.

Internet graveyard OOOoooooo Hahaha, must be just a computer error. I think I received a friend request from someone with no activity too. I must also have gotten the message from the grave

I read that as the Twiglet Zone ... I think that is the time when you are waiting to catch the barmaid's eye in order to buy another pint.

Hi p1ke, this is something that can only happen to you normally..lol it does sound strange though, am not sure what to think about that one or if it could be someone else pretending to be him...yet the question comes up how had he logged in for 6mnths!?...hugs LoLo xx

I don't have any idea too, P1ke, perhaps they have a phone to site capability? There are certain applications that could be accessed through the mobille phones. When I receive suspicious requests like those, I would opt not to accept to play safe. Have a pleasant weekend and happy mylotting.

There are a few myLotters, who for whatever reason, are collecting an extensive friends list, but don't seem to start discussions or respond to them. I have one on my friends list like that. I kept that person on just to see what would happen. Have never even gotten a message.
Maybe some people get pleasure just from 'people watching' so to speak. I like to occasionally sit somewhere in public just to watch people. Oh heck, if I was going to 'watch' anyone here, you would be on the top of my list.

Sounds weird but it being a automatic bot adding friends does make sense to me. I have about 400 friends and have thought maybe I have too many on here. I love this site but I have realized how many friends you have does not even matter if they never respond to you on discussions or vice versa. Either way nice discussion and I will be more careful whom I accept since it may just be a bot:) happy mylotting as well.

May be they want to reincarnate through you. They thought you are the proper person to do this. They surely saw your discussions and felt encouraged. Now it's up to you whether you will dig their graves.
