My neobux account got suspended :(

I have had that happen to me too. Get suspended because of inactivity. But they said I could sign up again using another user name. I had lost my earnings and referrals too. Does anyone know what the maximim amount of time is allowed to be inactive?

if you email them and tell them they will tell you sign up again with a diffrent user name and you will not get your money back because i had that happen to me but you can try and see if they will open your account they told me they could not i had to open a new one which i did awhile back so i get to cash out a $2 i am only 5 cent away and its so frusterating when you are that close.

I just opened up a Neobux account. I will make sure to stay as active as possible. It really sucks that this happened to you. Can't they understand that people do take vacations sometimes? This isn't something I'll have to worry about, since I go everywhere with my computer, but I understand that not everyone is that way.

Oh my goodness, whey did not you choose to cashout before going to the vacation. Even I have got my account suspended and will not be opened again as I have contacted the admin. They said to me that I can't open the same account but I can create another account with the different username. My paypal id or email id will be same. I think you should contact @ admin@neobux.com. There you can tell them the situaions!

Hello friend. It's happened to me too. Twice. The first time I contacted them and they reinstate my account. The second time it happened, I decided to give up that site. Is something idiot that I can't get some vacation because of their silly rules. Seems they don't wants members, they wants addicted! ;) Sad for your $6 lose.

Sad to hear that. me sometime I am not online for two weeks but my account still in. I do not know how many days before the account in neobux will be suspended. May be you can go to internet shop just not to get suspended.
