I read on a science book that we should sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. But there is also this book that says that as we get older, the time we sleep decreases as well.
How many hours do you sleep?
I sleep 5-6 hours a day. It is fine with me. I can still function without feeling tired easily.

i sleep anywhere from 5-9 hours a day. it depends on what time i go to bed and how tired i am and if or not i have to get up for something. i love it when i can get more sleep. sleeping is good. one of the best things ever. its funny tho, i love to sleep but i hate being a asleep sometimes because i feel like i might be missing something.
