Diet is a byword by most people who are not satisfied with their weight being over. I myself undergone a rigid diet. I reached 68 kilos. But after a year of discipline and serious dieting, I fell on 49 kilos. It is what I am maintaining now.
Have you tried it? Satisfied?

I have never had much luck with diets, so I took the easy (and less frustrating) way out.
I lost 3 dress sizes in 10 minutes with the BODY MAGIC
It's a therapeutic garment, designed by an orthopedic surgeon
Raises your body temperature and speeds up your metabolism
And while the fat is burning, you get to enjoy an INSTANT smaller figure!
There is also the Men's Abdomen Shirt - a red hot item right now!

Many times but it is a failure. I want to lose weight for my health purpose. Congratulation to you because you achieved your desired weight. I hope I'm going to lose weight again befor the Christmas. I hate when I gained weight because I had a difficulty in choosing and buying clothes.

I am dieting right now. After I quit smoking I put on 10 kilos in one month. It´s not a change in your metabolism: it´s eating sweets in BIG bags everyday.
I´m tall and big boned but still 80 kilos was too much. I did not go to a nutricionist: I know what to do. I started to eat smaller portions. My goal is 70 kilos. With that I feel comfortable as I´m 1.72 m tall. I have shed 4 kilos in a little over 6 months. But they are not coming back.
I don´t like very serious diet because I get so cross that I can´t tolerate myself. let alone the rest of the world.
Happy posting!!!

I've always had a problem with weight. While I was younger it seemed like there was nothing I could do about it. I used to wight about 64 kilos and I've slowly managed to get my weight down to a steady 53 kilos, sometimes 50 kilos as I fluctuate. I'm always on the lower end when I have the time to exercise regularly. I can't say that I diet, by rather changed the whole way that I eat.
I've found that the more active I am the better I do. Even if it's just walking from one place to another. I also stay away from eating large meals, but instead eat very small ones and snack in between. I also drink tea and coffee instead of sodas, though I still have them occasionally. I stopped using sugar to sweeten things and use honey now. I also try and stay away from fried foods, bread and fast food as much as possible.
There's a lot of little things that I've changed, but I also don't tell myself that I can't have something. I just view the really bad things as a treat. It helps that after staying away from greasy foods for awhile, they just don't taste as good anymore.

Reduce your weight very well. My husband a little body fat. However, he is like to eat more food containing fat. I do not know how to let him down by the weight. But I know that obese people have a lot of disease problems. So, I'm set up weight loss program to him, Good to eat, and eat less... Ha ha. You say is not it? Dear friends.

No I haven't tried losing weight. It's because I'm underweight. If anything, it's trying to gain weight that I've been trying for years now.
Congratulations you've succeeded. It's not everyday I meet someone who's succeeded dieting.

I had two kids in the last two years, and I definitely have had the thoughts of dieting and exercise in my head. I wish I could exercise, at least some days a week, but having my kids, I would probably be able to do it once a week, and most of the time I barely have enough time for that! I bought this exercise dvd set that is dancing and stuff, and its neat but with two kids in the living room getting in the way, I dont know if I could do it seriously lol. I havent tried dieting too much, I am not too sure what to eat and stick to, and most of the time I eat only carbs haha. I do always drink diet soda tho, which is good.

Hello izathewzia, Wow that's a lot of weight to shed. From 68kg to 49kg. I've been trying to lose weight ever since I had my third child. When I had my 4th child, I was like 74kg when I gave birth to her. After giving birth, I weighed 64kg but now I just can't get below 70kg. It's so difficult to exercise. I wish I could but just can't find the time and the energy. I don't eat much but if I eat a little, I get all this weight piling up. How did you do it? Care to share?
