Does listening to foreign music make you want to go to that country?

Hi anime! How is my new friend doing? Yes! Sometimes when I listen to music from other countries it does make want to go and visit! It makes me curious to see the country and really get the feel of what it would be like to vist there and Japan is one of the places I would truly like to go to! My Mom went there many years ago and loved it there!

Sometimes yes, but it makes me wanna learn about its language more It's interesting for me, hear another language! If I hear many songs with certain language, I feel curious where in the world that country and wanna travel to that place too! It will make me wanna visit more if I see the video that take place in beautiful place of certain country,,video have more effect in make me wanna visit certain place

The most common foreign music that we get to listen here are those from USA and Europe. When I heard country music from USA, it made me wish to go to places like Montana, or Tennessee. I love the instruments that are used, the voices with that distinct accent of theirs, and the beat. I also love to listen to chants which make me want to visit Italy perhaps. Some latin songs make me wish to go to Mexico, or Spain. :-) I do wish I could travel to those places.

When I listen to music from my favorite band which is the metal band Soulfly then I want to go to brazil to see them sing in live, and when I watch documentary on China or Japan Oh my God I want to there as soon as possible.

hallo, hm.. actually i don't think so. i think i can feel so if i watch the drama of the related country. for example, when i watch the taiwanese drama with the title "dreams link" they make the drama in Paris. makes me really want to visit Paris cuz the scene is great. but i don't think so if i just listen to the music, cuz i don't even understand what they talk about in their lyric.. he8..

If I become addicted to a foreign music, I really don't mind going on that country after all. But if I am addicted to a foreign brand i.e. Honda Automotive then that's the point that I crave to go to the country where it is originated.

I don't think so. A music won't make me want to travel to that country. However, the delicious food and beautiful scenery will always attract me to go to a foreign country. I love China

Hi there, I listen to foreign language songs though understand not but I feel I am charmed by the tune and the music. If it is too good I fancy - what if once I could have been to that place and see the real people in the real life situation and listen a live song!!!

Yes.... sometimes if I heard the samba, I wanna go to Brazil and see the Carnaval... look like interesting and fun there...
