CARDIO VS. Weight lifting.

For general health,aerobic exercise for the cardiovascular system is important than weight lifting!. More important than that to most people is that aerobic exercise gets help you ripped. it is really amazing illusion but losing weight and getting ripped makes you look more massive even though you have lost weight! many times I've already heard from people that weight lifting is more than important than Cardio because weight lifting will give you the muscle you'd ever wish to have before. for what i have research more than 95% of people agreed that cardiovascular exercise is lot more than important than weight lifting. You can get a lot of benefits in cardio exercises.Tons of other health reason are: reduce risk of heart disease, reduce blood pressure, reduce risk of diabetes and last is it makes you live longer-2hrs every 1hr of exercise.
