Your views on the Live Action "Blood: The Last Vampire"?

I've been anticipating this movie since I heard it was coming out - I'm a huge fan of the original anime movie (but not so huge fan of the anime series). Since the nearest place that I could find where it used to show was in LA, did anyone see it and would you recommend others to watch it? The actress who played Saya kept close to her "slow" talking which was an immediate A+ in my book.

I do not recommend watching Blood:The last vampire the movie, it will waste your money, I have already watched it but it was kind of a let down, graphics wise, the blood of the so called Blood Sucker that will spill when they die is not so fascinating. Just stick with the book, the book is great.

Well, I guess its just my personal opinion but, I feel like the live movie of Blood: The Last Vampire wasn't what I was expecting. I have only got to watch the OVA and that seemed to show just one among numerous missions that Saya has accomplished. The live movie somehow integrated that but, also added something which seemed too rushed.
Anyway, as I said, I guess its just my opinion. (^_^")
