The symptoms of swine flu are the same as normal flu. Ypu feel really rubbish and it comes on all of a sudden. When I got swine flu I was pregnant and I was so scared I thought there was something wring with my baby. Spoje to the doctor got tested and turned out I had swine flu and baby was fine. I got it treated and went on to have healthy baby 6 days ago so if you are pregnant and worried about swine flu me and my baby are living proof that you both will be fine! Im not afraid of it I have had it so cannot contract it again unless their is a new strain of the virus which they are predicting in the winter. Hope this helps and makes you feel a bit less worried! Happy MyLotting!!

the symptoms of swine flu are the same as the usual flu, runny nose, loose stools, stiff joints and generally feeling awful plus a temp of I believe of over 38 Oc.
Also am not afraid of swine flu its just hype, I took my 2 year old to hospital as we werent sure if she had the flu or had concusion as she had fallen, as it happens it was an ear infection but spoke to the doctor about swine flu and he was basically saying that it was no big deal. He was also saying that he wouldnt prescribe tamiflu etc etc as anyone that gets it will naturally fight off the illness the only time he would prescribe tamiflu is if it was the really young or people with underlying health issues.
Personally and this is my own feeling (I am also at higher risk as I have asthma which lowers my immune system so even the normal flu could kill me).
Swine flu is a pandemic yes but its a pretty mild disease to the fit and healthy, so get on with your life and forget about swineflu, every year new illnesses appear and the use of anti viral medicine will simply encourage the illness to mutate into something that could be more dangerous.
Even the normal flu changes every year each year the normal flu virus is different to the year before.
I guess its evolution, I would be more worried about mengingitis which kills alot more people than the flu does. Also to put it into context there has been more people killed on the uk roads than killed by swine flu min the last 6 months or so.

The symptoms of swine flu are basically the same as the average flu just a little more dangerous though. The regular flu doesn't seem to be as deadly as this one is though.

Hi, swine flu symptoms are the same symptoms just like you have the regular flu. I think the only difference is with the swine flu you're vomiting. If you're even having flu symptoms, you need to get checked immediately. Swine flu can be very dangerous and cost you your life.
