Dear
I want to make a website for my own. Please tell me how could I make a own. I do not want spend more money in this case. I can only spend 5-10$. Please i need a free software also. By this software I will make and publish the site, please help me

I think you can use free blogging services if you don't want to spend much money. It's free for use. But if you want to have a website with your own domain name, i think $5-10 is not enough. I think it's impossible to have a domain name with and webhosting space with only $5-10. About the software, if you'd like programming, you can try PHP. It's free. But if you're only want to make static website, you can learn HTML. You can do it from just notepad. No specific software required actually. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

To make a decent website you need the following, hosting and a domain name, you can get hosting for about $10/per month and a domain for about $10/per year, private-message me and I'm more then willing to point you in the right direction, give you some tips and even some hosting coupuns to save you some money.
