I love Kale. Well, I love cabbage too. I've ran into some people who think I'm crazy (and you probably think so too lol), but they don't know how or what to do with Kale themselves. I like making a sausage and potato stew with kale in it (I think it's a New England styled dish, I don't remember). But what are some other delicious ways in cooking this tasty vegetable?

I"ve never eaten Kale. The lady who owned our house grew it as a plant for her flower beds. I don't think be cause of it's location that it was ment to eat.

Yes :D My family in California said it grows around them like weeds (cold climate and all), not many people know what it is, but it's so good to eat when prepared properly!

I have a great recipe for a kale salad that is really good and healthy. It calls for tomatoes, sliced black olives, green onions, sunflowerseeds, radishes, and red peppers, dressed with lemon juice,Braggs liquid amino, onion powder, garlic powder, water and olive oil. It's also good with white beans.

I like kale best fried or roasted with oil and salt. It is simple and tasty. Of course, fresh kale in a salad is also pretty good. I have never really done anything more complex than the simple frying it with oil and salt.

I usually just saute it with peanut oil and garlic, ginger and top with sesame seeds. Maybe that's a little boring, but then kale isn't exactly the most exciting vegetable.
