Rating of discussion, have you experienced this?

I did tried rating discussions, i always like to click "positive", but it always come up with "exclamation sign" . I never think of reporting abuse, i am just rating always positive?

When you rate, either positive or negative, the sign will then disappear and only the report icon (!) will remain.
Once you have rated it disappears so that you cannot rate the same post twice. If it does not disappear it means you have already used all the ratings you have available for that particular user in the 24 hour period.

I have a question for you mys, I was wondering do you only get so many ratings per day per person or just per day?

I have not seen anything official from myLot
but it appears that in a 24 hour period
each user can rate another user for a maximum of 11 times.
Users with new accounts cannot rate until they have over (at least) 100 posts.
