How is a person considered as a good neighbour.
what are the qualities that gets notified instantly?
If you mind your own business, people are not attracted so much.
If you try to mingle with others, they may think you are eating their time.
so how to behave overall ? in what way?
pls share your ideas.thank you

I like neighbours who will speak when we see each other. They know that, if they need any help, they can call on me and that it works both ways but I do not expect them to watch by comings and goings or ask intrusive questions. I usually say good morning/afternoon, ask how they are and maybe how their family is doing. If they just say 'fine' that's it. If they want me to know more they'll tell me and the same goes for what i might tell them. I think good neighbours can tell when you have the time/inclination to chat and when you just dont want to.
