A few days ago, I took an iBT TOEFL in my colledge, I have been prepared for a long time, but I'm so nervous in the examination room that I can hardly focus on my test questions. Though the score report can not be checked yet, I have a feeling that I must failed in the exam.
Anyway, what about you,my friends? How many of you still need to take an exam? Will you nervous during the exams? And what methord do you always use to overcome the nervous mood? Please share with me yuo experiences.

Yes very much so, when I was younger I could take an exam with so much confidence and know that I would pass, now I can't seem to remember what I read long enough to apply it, don't know why this happened to me, but I do not retain the information well enough to make a good score, unless it is something I already know then I don't have a problem, new info Not good.

Hello jinsefeizeia,
I don't know I think in my case the two go hand in hand, if I could understand what I was reading I would think it would be easier to retian, this only has to do with books not everyday life, if I read something I enjoy I remember everything, nursing school you have all the different cells their names, oh man, boring, sad but true, then our instructor for growth and development was so boring, we had her after lunch which did not help, she made everything so gloomy like will you make me wanna learn, she did not have a passion for a job, so all I thought about was the time, anyway good luck to you, no worries you will be fine.
goodnight

Hello Jinse...yes, when I was in school, I used to be a bit nervous about taking exams, but like you, I made sure I was well prepared, and that helped.
I found that a few deep slow breaths each time I became nervous at the thought of it helped calm me, as did getting busy with other things. And I used to tell myself: you're prepared. Just calm down.
A prayer never hurts either lol. Best of wishes to you.

Sorry to notice your words this late, since accessing to the internet is not so convenient in the school where I lived in the past six monthes. Actually, I've got my report during last term, it seems like a pretty good score. Thanks for your wishes~~

It depends on what kind of exam it is.
When I take a math exam I will be really nervous. But if it is a history exam I will be really excited. It's so stimulate because I want to be the top in an history exam.If it is an english exam,....my poor english.

Haha, good for you!
I may feel the same way like you do in a history exam only when I am taking an Chinese exam~It always feels better to thinking in mother language than in a foreign one.
Wish we both luck on our English~~
