Do you think that by playing board games it will be relaxing to you system? I was told that it does.If it does,I think I am going to start playing more board games. What do you think?
Are you a person that does play them a lot and feel more relaxed afterwards? I think that it is possibly true.If you think about it,your mind will be thinking about something that is not that serious. It's only a game!

i always found it relaxing.
it's so hard to get people to sit down and enjoy a good board game anymore.
too low tech i guess.

I think board games are very relaxing, in fact i am an avid chest and backgammon player. They engage the mind while making you comfortable and relaxed (though some would not agree with me on that point! lol) It depends on the type of person you are and if you can take losing to winning for that matter.

We would if we had a table. LOL My husband and I would love to be able to play scrabble, and a few other things, but in this little tiny apartment, we don't have room for a table. LOL My mother and step-dad play things like scrabble, dominos, and card games all the time, and they have a great time.

I think it can be fun and relaxing. I recently got back to playing board games at this place I volunteer at where I supervise little kids. I played along with them and it was quite fun. But you want to make sure that whatever board game you're playing, you've got a chance of winning. I mean, it's no fun playing a game you can't win at, right?
