I am always hungry!

Have a thorough check up. It could be either worms in ur intestines or it could be pure greed to eat. I have heard pregnant women crave to eat nice food. But that is understandable. Many times we make it a habit to eat even when we are not actually hungry.

I think this is because you feel good :) I am sometimes. Always feel hungry. Eating and also feel very delicious. Want to eat it. I am a hungry now. Ha ha. Just eat the rice, and now want to go. I just want to eat, as long as there is nothing to eat. I do not control. Because sometimes it does not want to wat for several days. If you want to hold back do not eat, then drink plenty of water.. You try, Effects may be.

I eat mindlessly sometimes. I think it's mostly because I am bored. When I find something interesting to do, I stop being hungry. I think when you're not getting joy out of the other activities, your body carves pleasure from food. That's what I think anyways. Happy mylotting! P.S. Lucky you are always have something to eat, while other people like to eat but have no food to eat. my sister craves for different food when she is pregnant. While i crave for sweets before my monthly period comes but never really have to eat now and then like you says, always feel hungry. little children get hungry because they get worms in their stomach..lol..while adults get hungry when been in a long travel or have skip meals in a day..or simply being tired..In your cases, you feel hungry, because you want to look fat but in my cases whether I like to eat more food my stomach is little and could not digest it..I maintain rather an average weight, and my problem I have fast metabolism and get to digest my food as fast..

Somehow it sounds funny, but well I am wondering if it is really hunger. Maybe you are just bored and have the appetite to eat something? It also depends on the stuff you eat, so what do you eat all the time? If you are really hungry you could try to drink some water first. I read it may decrease your hunger a little bit. Otherwise if it continues like this, I would go to the doctor. Maybe it's just your personal impression though. Those who work hard, have to eat much as well of course! :)

I get a lot more hungry when am depressed but there is a counter to that problem. simply drink water and it will satisfy your thirst.but not after these few days, i get to be hungry too and east a lot even after six in the evening.
