For my job, I am not always busy. But I need to overtime work if I am busy, but my company has released a new rule that in order to cost down, the overtime work will not be paied, but you can have the equal time rest. However, we have no chance to take a rest when we are busy, no I have to give up the right. I think overtime should be paied, what is your opinion and do you often overtime work?
