Is government serious about Healthcare incentives; free gym membership

I would love it, when can I sign up?
Thank goodness the YMCA is so charitable but I have been worrying for the past year that one day their reserves are going to run out and I'll be out on my own. I love the gym and it is the ONLY thing that has made it easier for me to cut out my cigarettes (that and coffee).
For the couple years I have been a member at the gym it seems like membership has slowly dwindled but membership is always changing according to season so I can be totally sure. I think mostly its the extracurriculars that are suffering like my daughters dance class (there was 2 kids in her class), basketball, etc.
Another gym in the next town is in a more well-to-do neighborhood and a family membership runs for 200$ a M-O-N-T-H, I'll admit, its like its own utopia in there with everything you could possibly want in a gym but I think even for wealthy middle class that adds up.
But I understand if everyone is not excited over the gym thing, everyone needs different support networks, what would work for you? Do you think there is anything the government could offer to you that would keep you proactive about your health?

Your YMCA must be different from mine. Mine has a single memberships for $400+ per year, no way I can afford that!!
I don't care what the government offers, I don't want it. Someone, somewhere is paying for it with their tax dollars and it's usually me! Everything the government gets involved in gets messed up. They can't offer me any incentives except what they are offering already--a really screwed up health plan. That has motivated me like nothing else ever has to stay healthy, just in case it gets put into law!

Yea really, I was watching Anderson Cooper last night and David Gergen was getting so frustrated with Dr. Sanjay Gupta because he wasn't conforming to the ideas of the public healthcare plan and it was so funny because he was like, 'if we give them incentives, if we just give them incentives' like he was just willing to say anything at that point and the Dr. said yea, you can give people incentives but thats just risky, and doesn't guarantee anything which you could see David Gergen and it looked like he was gonna just pick up Sanjay and shake him, lol --AND if you knew how soft spoken Gergen, just a funny momenet!
