Do you spend calling the customer service help desk for assistance

I do understand upon some inconvenience you would need to seek assiatnce from the customer service. At the same time, I do not understand why we have to call to ask all the simple things. I do not say that you should not call to seek assistance. When something is stated clearly on the screen do you need to call to confirm it. Its abit anoying. Worse still when its weekend!!!!
