A show about tackling virus.

I used to watch a show when I was a kid. I do not remember the name of the show. The story revolved around a few boys and girls, a evil computer genius and their high school. The evil genius would make virus to attack the computers. Our hero friends would then tackle the virus. How did they do it? They would get into the PC by some zapping light. Then they would literally beat the virus to submission. For this our heroes would transform into men with transformers like armour. Then they would kick, punch or slice the virus who would be breaking circuits and chips on the motherboard. The virus looked like some Godzilla or other monster. Back then I did not know how the computer worked or what a PC virus was. I would watch almost every show and enjoy it. Now I don't have words to describe the show.

Are you talking about ReBoot?[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ReBoot] I seem to remember watching this show too actually, along with Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, and Mister Wizard's World. Those were the days.

No, it was not ReBoot. It was not a cartoon show. It was real people. The main hero was a slim boy with blonde hair that reached his neck. He had a friend who played the drums and a female friend. His friend would hit the drum sticks together and say some magical or goofy words which made him get into the CPU.

The show sounds interesting to me, perhaps you could tell me the name of the show so I can show it to my youngest brother. He likes computers, heroes (especially Spiderman, and he might also like the show. Thanks for sharing.
