Why do people answer posts answers unrelated to topic and simply post stupid ..

I hate when people come to my topic and say .."oh i don't do that ." or if i am asking for names.. they simply come in to say they don't know the names ..
Don't answer a post unless you can answer it.. don't just jump in to post some stupid stuff that has noting to do with the topic..
Read the questions or topic carefuly..geesh..
Have you had that happened...people just posting and it has nothing to do with topic or does it contribute to finding a good answer to a question posed.
If you don't know dont jump in and post you dont k now

Ok, You asked for it. Oh, I don't do that. Did that make you feel better. Actually I never do that. But I have seen many people do that in discussion's, and I don't think it's right. I do believe though that maybe they just join in and say I don't do that or I don't know, but maybe they are interested and have read all the other response's and figured they would just leave a comment? Normally I read alot in here and just dont respond if I don't know the anwser. But some people may leave a comment. Who know's maybe they will run into it in there life time some day and after reading about it they will know the anwser?

You don't do that.. ha ha.. you just did it .Hopefully to add more luster to this topic..The question is not if you did or did not do such things but why people do such things and if you find it happens to you.

I actually laugh about it, yes I agree it is stupid, inane and pointless, I guess those that do it think that they get paid, and those are the ones who see Mylot as a way of making money, er NOOOOOOOO! I have had so many responses saying 'I don't know' now surely if you read that back you'd think, well any decent person would think, hey that's lame, that a pathetic response isn't it. But obviously some people think it's totally acceptable to say 'I don't know' or even respond with one or two words. It's a waste of time. I just laugh and ignore the comment. This type of comment shows the person up for what they really are and it's not positive!

Sometims I ignore them too but other times I politely ask them why they didnt read the topic or why they even bother posting if they have nothing positive to put into the topic...

maybe they thought that more replies = more earnings
but sadly, they never thought that mylot pays by the quality of your posts and not the amount of posts you make per day !
for me, if there is nothing to reply, i wont reply. sometimes even if there is something to reply but i have no idea how to type it out, i also wont reply
