is it safe using a vcc to verifying my paypal account? i dont have a credit card and there is no unionbank here in our city to apply for an eon card. is it safe? will paypal suspend my account if they found out that im using vcc?

It has been done by people successfully with not any problem. I think your vcc card should belong to some bank or from some reputed financial institutions. Good Luck..

Hello krazymike, VCC is very save to verify your paypal. That is the solution for people who don't have a credit card. A lot of my friend use VCC for verify the paypal account. My paypal not verify yet. My plan also verify the paypal with VCC. Don't worry about that.

VCCs are as far as I know okay to verify your paypal account. I know of people who ask something like 7 dollars for a VCC which has been especially created for paypal account verification. I don't know what the difference between such a card and a normal card is though.
