Yes. They can go here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/cancel.aspx to cancel their account. They will lose any earnings and referrals that they may have acquired since joining. If your friend rejoins make sure they use your referral link when signing up again!

Hi there! I do not think it possible. Let it go with the existing username, username is not going to make much difference in participation or for that in earnings.

Hi there! Nice to see you again. Actually it is very possible, somebody gave the link for it above and the account was successfully deleted. Also, he wasn't trying to change the username re earnings or anything....lol.....he wanted to simply change it as a personal choice which made it more fun for him. Just a personal choice.

the a/c can be deleted for sure they will just lose earnings and discussions but if they haven't made that much then it shouldn't make a difference

This issue came up by a friend of mine when I first started on myLot. He could find no way to delete his account at all. I think maybe the only way to do it is to e-mail mylot. Although I have to say that my friends account is still here though, even though he hasn't been active for over a year. It is s shame because he built up a good rating and had many friends. Maybe one day, he will come back again though. I don't know why he wanted to delete his account, but he must have had his own reasons. - Derek

Hi sritrinity, You question had been answered by above response. I only want to add something here. If you friends already earn a few dollar from his/her current account, it is better for him/her to wait until he/she reach the payout. As you know once your account deleted all your earning will be deleted too. But if he/she only made a few cent, he/she can do it as soon as possible.
