I will put it this way...I will enjoy cooking when my husband and daughter love the food I cooked LOL. It is really true, I will feel very happy and motivated when I see them happily eating the meal. It is very funny that I am only "good" in cooking baby/toddler food. Maybe my daughter still very young to evaluate the taste of the food, so she seems enjoying munching her food very much.

I love to cook and now I just browse at cookbooks for inspiration somrtimes but mostly I just imagine what tastes I would like to try. I donĀ“t have A "best thing" that I can cook. I have discovered too that best foods depend on the people that are going to eat them. I do different foods when I have my grandchildren over than when I have my friends. And then, with them, there are vegetarians, people with high clholesterol levels, people with high blood pressure. Such is life when you get older. But knowing to cook is to be able to give something awesome to all these different friends. For my birthday, I invite them all. And I do an assortment of dishes with explanations.. Some of them cheat and eat the food that was NOT meant for them Take care

I absolutely love to cook, and I really like to try out new recipes. My family has several favorites of things that I make, and that really makes me happy. The two things that they like the most are homemade chicken pot pie (which is super easy to make as well) and also they really like Tater Tot Casserole. Over the last several month we've been trying more new recipes and several are new hits in our family while others are absolute bombs.
