Is it a rewarding job if to be an assistant of the SOHO ?

Hello all,these days I feel so depressed that I am not so happy with my current job,so I just want to quit the job.I know the present job do not suits me or I should say I do not suit the position as well,so I just left my resume information on the internet,a guy who dealing with foreign trade business by himself what so called SOHO leave the message to me asking me to have a interview to be the assistant.So I want to ask you,mylotters,is it a good chance for me?You know,I have no similar working backgroud in such field,is it difficult for a green hand?Or is it better if I work in a larger company with many colleagues?It's so upset for me.Thank you for your suggestions in advance.
