Today was a short shift for me so i got put on people greeting. For whatever reason we were told to hand out these sheets of something ans when i looked at it closer they turned out to be sheets of coupons. Now for the most part people were taking them but i had a few who clearly use them as part of their overall shopping budget actually refuse them. Now this was a shock to me because people are usually so oh my god direct about their coupons. even vicious at times. So why in the world would you refuse something that would save them money on things they use on a day to day basis?

Wow, did they see that what you were handing them was a sheet of cupons or did they perhaps think it was just a flyer or something else? If I'm offered something by an employee upon entering a store, I more often then not, take what they're passing out. I will at least look at what it is, and if they are coupons will scan to see if there's something I use. Sometimes there's nothing there I use at all, like certain tooth paste or mens deoderant, that I will not purchase. Then again I might know someone who uses that item and so I always save them anyway.
I'm guessing some of them didn't know they were coupons, some of them thought they were too good to be using them, and then some just couldn't be bothered. Even though coupons can save you money, some people just can't be bothered to use them. Like handing them to the cashier is a major task that they just don't want to deal with.

and get this one...I was on door greeting again and we were handing out maps for the new store layout...and the same people who complained last time to me when they were in about not being able to find anything refused the bloody map that told them where everything now is! and in this case is was CLEAR what we were handing out.

Wow! That's crazy! I will use a coupon anytime I can- and there are times I will not make a purchase because I don't have a coupon to help offset the cost. The only thing I can think is that they don't want anyone thinking they NEED to use a coupon and that maybe using coupons is beneath them. Oh well, their loss!

do what u really want to do to make ur life better~don't think from other's aspect~
they have their style of life and u have your own
and u know the styles of life needn't be the same~
