speaking of the qwerty keypad, my new phone have it and i have trouble using it since i'm into the basic keypad.. maybe if its big like laptop then perhaps i can appreciate it. i find it time consuming to type and look for those letters and i even tried to use my two hands like im typing using my laptop but its really hard... i still miss the basic keypad. though qwerty pad will only give you an essence that you owned he very latest phone and that everyone will appreciated it.

Yes i also think that such keypad should be more helpful than numeric keypad. But since it has many buttons, it will make the mobile phone's dimension bigger than usual mobile phone. Happy mylotting.

I like QWERTY keypad because I can type my message faster. My cellphone is Samsung I900 and although it has a touchable keypad on the screen and I can also choose to write the word by a pen, but I still prefer to use QWERTY keypad because it will be faster to input the words. I love China

Hello skywalk, I like to use technology a lot but I am not in favour of bulky mobile phones. I have a Nokia N 73 now and I am happy with the features I have on it. QWERTY keyboard mobiles are a good innovation and they provide a lot of ease of access to the users but then the speed is really slow when you use internet through mobile and that takes half the fun out of it. I can type really fast on a laptop or PC keyboard and that speed is also missing on mobile phones. I am not a big fan of such mobiles..

I luv the QWERTY keyboard but only at my home... So many keys packed into a handset doesn't make any sense for me as it serves no good in terms of saving time or giving comfort. In the conventional QWERTY, we can stretch both our hands and use the keyboard comfortably and quickly... So I'll definitely go for the conventional numeric keypad!

I am ok with the QWERTY keypad. It makes it a lot easier when typing notes or online but I think it would be hard to use when a person it driving. It requires two hands instead of the usual one hand to type messages. I prefer the phone units with both the QWERTY keypad and the numeric keypad.

I like the qwerty keyoard better, as it is much easier to text with then just the number pad. With the qwerty keyboard, I can type the key that I need, and not have to hit it more than once. I text my daughter everyday, and without the kyboard I wouldn't be able to to text as well. I also have a touch screen, and I do use it from time to tiem but it can be sensitive and very easy to hit an icon taht I don't want to and make calls way to easily without wanting to. Cell phones are getting very tecnological, and they hae lots of features. My phone has lots of fatures, and not saying I would use all of them, but I certainly do like the qwerty keyboard the most of all. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
