I don’t think so. I watched a program about the boob operation and I really felt scared. The worse thing with the operation is some teen girls want to have the operation and their parents felt very frustrating with the idea. But they respected the girls’ wishes and led them to find what does the fake boob mean to a woman.
I really feel sorry for them. I think they should be confident with their look and I also think the confidence is the most beautiful.Natural beauty is a real beauty. We should not suffer from the operation to chase the so called beautiful look. The beauty from the operation is nothing to me.

My wife has to wear a wig do to the fact that she is now bald from her radiation treatment's. But other then that I would not want anything fake on my wife. She is perfect just the way she is.

All the fake what have you can make a person look better. Surgeries can even make you thinner these days. Problem is all this and that, isn't truly the person. My opinion is, it isn't how you look that makes you who you are. It is what is inside you what you think, feel, and how you are with others that makes you who you are.
Sure in society they want the PRETTY LOOK, thing is, is that the real person? I don't like FAKE people. I don't like having to look like one either. I am who I am. Accepted or not, doesn't matter. We have to be comfortable in our own skin in order to accept our self.

i'm male and women with nice chests really are sexy. if fake boobs helps their self-esteem then i think it's great even if it's fake. but i think fake boobs, or even as basic as make up, are crutches somehow. necessary though. in fact, who is the person who doesn't want to look good? improving your look improves your relationship with other people.

Some must think so as they pay thousands of pounds to do so. However I think I would feel much more ugly if I was made up of lots of fake things. I wouldn't feel like the real me any more and wouldn't feel like I had natural or true beauty. I think beauty comes from the inside and part of that is being comfortable with the way you were born.
