how come women with fake breasts flaunt them, and girls with real ones hide them

many girls with real big ones hide them and feel embarrassed
but i always see girls with fake breasts flaunting them, talking about them and even letting others feel them saying "see how real they feel"
i've not really seen a girl with real ones behave like that.
