Is this site a scam?

I was on my Facebook site and saw an ad on the side bar advertising free mobile upgrades. As my current phone doesn't charge up properly I thought I'd take a look. It redirected me to a web site:
www.worryfreemobiles.co.uk
I'm NOT trying to advertise them on here, I would just like to know if anyone has heard of this site, used it and whether this is a scam site or not. Please let me know if you know anything about it

never give out your bank details and address online. If u have bad credit then u will not get a contract phone. you can get a pay monthly/free mins on Pay as u go with some network and phones are so cheap nows a day, you can pick up a decent touch screen phone for less than £80 so why get a contract, do u really need one?
