I have join IM Reportcard. It seems like a nice website, but I have just one problem. Lol this is very funny I just don't get the site. Could anyone tell me how it really work? Do you make most of your money from referrals? Have you really visited all those sites? How long do your comments be? I really appreciate if you can answer some of my question. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm an IM Reportcard member.
You must have firsthand experience with the products that are reviewed where you want to comment on otherwise your comments will be rejected and you will be given a warning. Up to 10 warnings before you get banned. Each comment is worth 50 credits which is equivalent to $0.50. But if you're the first to comment, you'll get an extra 100 credits which means that your comment is worth $1.50. You do make money of your referrals. In fact whatever your referral earns is also your earnings so it is pretty easy to reach payout of $20 if you have many referrals. I haven't got any referrals yet and I already have 1131 credits after 5 days at the site. There's no specified length required for the comments but it is better to make it something of quality.

The comments I made were actually based on my experience with those sites. I have just been paid once. I have 9 referrals at the moment but they do not seem to be active at all. Just be honest when giving your reviews and don't give them a generic review or the review will be rejected. You just cannot keep on grading those sites. They would limit your ability to do so if you do not have enough comments on the site.
Just to let you know, they pay really fast. Here's my proof of payment:
