So I joined the online weightwatchers

I joined weightwatchers online last week - so Far i'm finding it surprising what counts alot for points and what doesnt ...some things i expect to be good for me really arent. I really am trying to change the way i eat. Its nice this time because my family is being VERY encouraging. I went through my cupboards yesterday and took out the treat type things that I'm bad for eating more than i should in one sitting. I took them over to my mom's house. She says my sister can use them for treats in lunches and whatever she doesnt like mom will take to the school for the cupboard for kids who forget lunches. Tomorrow is the first "weigh in" online that i can record. I havent weighed at all this week just because i want to see what ive lost in a week not the fluctuations through out the week. I tried going to the meetings but it just wasnt my thing/

Good for you cleaning out the cuboards! I did the same thing. I replaced sweets with dessert flavored yopliat yogurts. I also started this thing where if I want chocolate (since I don't keep it in the house) I ask myself if I really want to get in the car and drive to get it. If the answere is no- I don't want it that bad and can replace that need with something healthier!

I've slacked so much over the last few months - started trying again and ive so noticed that i crave soda alot...trying to drink tea or a bottle of water everytime i want a pop.

Good job! I'm happy for you that you've joined. Just stick with it. It's one of the ways to lose weight. I like weight watchers plan too, it's a good way to watch your weight and as well to do good for your body. Just keep it up saudyl! How long have you doing the plan?

This week is my second week on the plan. I'm learning lots - and finding interesting and yummy substitutes for things that are bad for me (like chips im sooo bad for chips!)
