hello shibham...
yes i do! haha
i combine my mother tongue which is Tagalog to a Cebuano dialect here as well as with English! huh! and i do that unconsciously...sometimes i feel like all of them are just the same! haha
and i also mix matched those languages when i forget the right word that equivalent to my own language...huh! i mean, there are some words that i actually forget how was it called in tagalog and i just know it in Cebuano...something like that...sometimes i find it difficult to translate specially that i have already adapted the Cebuano dialect...
so yes i use different languages in one sentence...yaar!

Hi Shibham. My main language is English, and I know a very tiny bit of French and Spanish. The English language by nature has adopted and routinely uses certain words whose origins are foreign: ala carte, eclair, croissant, deja vu, etc.

I learnt Japanese in high school & continued it throughout university & have learnt to think in that language as well as English so when I say a sentence, if I can't think of the Englih work, my brain automatically comes out with the Japanese word instead.

I do the same thing! When I speak Spanish to some of the people I work with, I find myself using English as well..which is my first language. I also find myself using Spanish when I talk to them in English too. I thin it's because instead of thinking of it as being a different language, I think of them as just different words for this or that. it made learning it easier for me to think of it in that manner.

Well..to be honest I have learned my spanish from a variety of people versus class. I have learned from guatamalians and from Mexicans. There is a difference in their usage of words and even "slang". It also depends on what part of Mexico they are from as to what words they use sometimes. It's much the same with english too. Depending on what part of the US you are in, there are different accents and word usage sometimes.

I mix my Chinese with English. Sometimes when I'm talking really fast in English and can't figure out what the word is, I would say it in Chinese if the person I'm talking to also understands

Now that you mention it I suppose I do, but then many English words are actually French or Spanish even though they are not necessarily pronounced properly so I am not sure if those words count, LOL.

That is a good question. My guess would be some ancient Greek or Roman :-)

I used both Malay and English in my sentences. Sometimes, only English or Malay, depending who and where I am conversing at that particular time. If it's in class, I'll use English sentences as much as I can. If it's at home, it will be only Malay sentences with my state dialect

Hi,My native language is Serbian, and we use a lot of English words. It became so normal that we don't even notice it in conversation.
It started many tears ago, when I was a kid ( I'm 53 now ).We used to pick some words from movies and began to use it among us in our playing games.Later in school we used it even more. Now youngsters use mass of words, they learn English in school.
Today, it's part of our language like it was there for ever.
I hope i expressed myself right way, and you know what I'm talking about.
