Meaning of Be Happy..?

Be happy? I can not interpret the word. but, in my opinion can feel happy is to live without having to cry and live freely. if you must cry, cry with pleasure. happy to be smiling with loose, with no load on the heart.

happiness is different for everyone, for me seeing my kids every morning and putting them to bed every evening and watching them grow up is happiness. Though for people that do not have kids itwill be different, so I guess it depends on your circumstances and what you want out of life. As to me life is an adventure even the bad times are there to be enjoyed as without the bad times the good times dont mean anything.

Everyone's idea of happiness is different. What makes me happy may not make others happy. For me to be happy, my family and I must be healthy and worry free, and ready to get out and enjoy what the world has to offer.
