Am sure many of us wud have faced problems with bangalore auto drivers.

is there any place/authority which listens and addresses to the complains against bangalore auto drivers?

Hello infolancer. I think that in big cities, traffic is not as smooth as in small cities and towns. So it is very natural. It is the same with the city of Hangzhou. Each time when I take a bus or taxi, it takes quite some time before I can get to my destination. Good day.

Bangalore Govt has started a new IVR system to listen to Auto complaints.
- If the driver is rude
- If the meter is faulty
- If the driver refuses to take you where you want

I have visited Bangalore a few times and the worst thing that worried me was the way the auto drivers treated me.
