Snoring is hard to cure. People who snore can't help it. They don't realize they are doing it. I know because my daddy snored for years and it used to keep mother and me awake all the time, especially if he got very loud, lol! Have you considered getting your husband some breathe right strips? Or are they available in China? They make the kind that is supposed to prevent snoring and there is also the kind for sinus problems. These might help. Kathy.

Good morning, dear youless. To completely get rid of the snores seems to be impossible, but there is some way to make the one who snores stop it for a little while once he snores. My wife says that I snore sometimes. Each time I snore, my wife slightly pushes me to make me stop it and it works. It is very annoying to hear someone snore or snoring as it truly disturbs the other while sleeping.
There were a few times when I used to sleep in a hotel room sharing the room with the others or the other who snores loudly that I could not fall asleep that I had to turn on the TV to cover his noise. But I did not dare to slightly push the snoring one as he was not the one that I was familiar with. I just let it be, but suffer all night. Poor me!
It works best between the couples, so there is no problem for you to slightly push your husband when he starts to snore. I don't think that he will mind. Yes?
Have a good day, youless.

There are medicine sprays that helps get rid of snores when taken before bedtime. I think they are doctor prescribed but they may also be sold over the counter. When I slept in the same room as my brother, what I did when he snores, is pinch his nose. Then he would open his mouth to breathe and not make a sound

Hi youless! There are these nose strips that you can get at your pharmacy to help with that. They are self adhesive and fit across the top of your nose. Athletes often use them for more oxygen while playing their sports but they have been found to help with snoring as well. They aren't expensive and you can tell a difference right away.
