i think you can do it with adobe acrobat.com which is web-based software. great UI and effective.

Try adobe reader 9.0. Its tje best. It has a great UI and powerful tools as well. Its very popular o popular taht it has almost become the standard for handling pdf. And its free. Check it at http://get.adobe.com
