Am I elegible to earn money through RedGage?

Am I elegible to earn money through RedGage? I am from India and the site says that it mails you the debit card. so please tell me whether I cn earn money through Redgage or not. Another problem is that I am not able to upload any content, so guys please help me out of it.

yes u can but the site is too slow and really its difficult to upload images to that site, i left that
