What are your ways to get de-stress?

We all comes under pressure at one time or the other. It quite frequent and normal. But the main thing is to get out of it. How you get out of this situation. What is your technique to get de-stress?

When I am in stress, I would get out to see the busy activities in the streets. After visiting a friend, having a meal, going shopping, usually i can be back to a lighter mood. A telephone call to my grandson is also an option. Do not keep to yourself when you have a problem.

when I am strees, I just relax my self by going to the mall or watching some comedy movie, or even going to massage parlor so that I can be relaxed. We need also relaxation from our work.

to get de-stressed , i try imagining myself near a pond or a flowing stream of water and i just make sure its not after a storm or in the pitch darkness of night

i turn on the smoothjazz station and just lay on the floor and listen and not think of any thing it works for me.

When I am so stressful what I basically do is to go to the spa and have a massage. Pampering myself is one way to take away the stress I am feeling. It also helps to relax my mind, that way, it helps me to think clearly.
