restoring Vista

i wanted to dual boot xp and vista.unfortunately i installed vista first and then xp, now my boot screen doesnt show vista anymore but i want to dual boot with out reinstalling vista. i know the only way was to write new MBR. but the problem is i know how to do it in Xp but not in vista.thanks in advance.
