How to avoid Bad Mood?

Hi All, It is always possible that sometimes you may be in a Good mood or Bad mood. I personally felt that whenever i am in a bad mood i my performance used to go down and down and vice versa. Have you felt in this way? If anybody knows the remedy to avoid Bad mood please share with us?

I have met someone lately that seem's to think its fine attacking anyone when he is in a bad mood. I have to say that is very wrong, and people like that need to stay away from computer's when they are in a bad mood. Just because they are having a problem with one person they want everyone to feel it. I feel as though when I personally am in a bad mood it is best to go for a walk, or mow the lawn. That relieve's stress. I also can cut the head's off all the flower's and wish it was the person I am in a bad mood about.

When I am in a bad mood,try to work something what fill me with pleasure. Also give me autosugestions which relieve my bad mood.

I usually avoiding my bad mood by doing something i like to do. You can say if i'm talking about hobby here. By doing anything you like, and you are willing to do without any pressure, i think it can help to manage your mood. Especially doing your hobby, you know that hobby is not only something we can do everyday anytime, but that is something we can do when we have good mood. So, just make a schedule for your hobby and you should can avoid bad mood. Happy mylotting.

first before doing any work just pray. and when something happens that turns bad mood to you just be calm and think of the possible solution you can solve and not to be affected with what was happen instead understand the situation and make some possible solution that will be the answer of a certain problem.

I think one of the thing that you can do when you are in the bad mood is to incorporate your thoughts to something that you enjoyed thinking like think of something that reminisce your childhood crush. Also try to read few lines of jokes that would help perk you up and get rid of bad mood. For instance How do you catch a squirrel? The answer on my blog profile.. There's some other lame but funny jokes you can read on my blog.

I don't think it's possible to totally avoid having bad moods. We all have off days. Having said that, when I get into a bad mood I first look for the cause and try to remedy that. For example, am I short on sleep or have a headache, or haven't eaten? Then I get more sleep, take something for the headache or eat something. I also will take a few minutes to myself to do some deep breathing, stretching or whatever to get myself more relaxed. Distraction helps sometimes as well. I also like journaling to work through my mood. I'd try different things to see what would help you.

I try to focus on the cool parts about a new day when I get up. What I look forward to doing. And when bad things happen, I remove myself from the situation. Go for a walk, read or write a book, run to someone who'll comfort me or talk with someone I'm friends with to distract me, take a deep breath and meditate, etc.

HI sunstar! Well the worst thing about being in a bad mood is that you can't avoid it. There are somethings that really irritate us and upset us sometimes and we can't help them from happening. Well whatever happens is not in our hands but how do we react to that certainly depends on us. Whenever I get in a bad mood I try to remember the best time of my life. That really lifts up my mood. I am an avid book reader so when something upsets me I take up the book that cheers me up and bingo! It works! Music is another thing that helps me. I listen to all the happy songs that I can get my hands on to stop me from thinking about the thing that put me in the bad mood. And if the above mentioned things don't work then I go and talk with my best friend and pour all my heart's content to him and he gives me the best advice and that really lightens my heart!

Being angry or being in a bad mood is one of the works of the devil. As you have noticed, when one is a bad mood, there are things that we don't normally do. To add, being in a bad mood, this would lead to anger or frustrasion. To tell you honestly, I always have bad moods when I was younger, there are times that I could still experience that now. But what I do is when I almost feel that I am reaching bad mood, I just pray very hard and sing songs and dance like a 2year old girl, just to boost my mood. After that, I think 5-10 things that could make me happy or things that have good memories. This would also help you lighten up.

well, i had some moments where i get all moody and don't pay attention to things. my attitude goes down a bit when ever am in no mood and it really affects those people around. i found an article, which i forgot tells a method that would decrease you from loosing your mood. one, was to breath slower and relax your mind..because when you're not in the mood, it's the opposite.

Bad moods are very common, especially at work. So, I feel the best thing to do is to do or think of something you enjoy. Positive thoughts help ease the bad mood.

try it out!i tried it many times and it works for me.think again about the things that makes ur mood bad and posible solutin at one go and if cant come to the one answer.just shake your head and say it off.i face it whatever the outcome will be.it works for me!my personal life experience

Something I do with my son that I should do myself is if he comes home and he is upset about something, and telling me how bad something about his day was, I try to turn it around by asking what were the good things that happened at that time. Then we get to where he realizes that not everything was horrible, and he isn't focusing so heavily on the negatives, and it helps to lift his mood.

I love to sing, so my bad mood remedy is usually to sing - loud too. Not screaming, but I mean sing like you have a real band playing behind you. Sing like you are doing karaoke in a crowded bar. The combination of the music, deep breathing, tensing and relaxing muscles, and letting go of whatever thoughts you are having that are dragging you down because you are concentrating on the music and the words and really belting it out... it can really help. For me anyway - you should give it a try :)

When i am in a bad mood i just dont talk with anyone around me and most of the time i prefer staying alone and in a room without anyone talking to me or anything.I normally go to sleep if i am into very bad mood.

We're human, there's no way we can feel happy all the time, unless we're stuck in that state of mind and have happy thoughts all the time. So whenever you're feeling down and need to hide it, take a deep breath and relax before continue what you want to do. I used chocolates, it makes me feel better.

Having bad mood is inevitable. When I am in a bad mood, I often do some stretching, push ups, and sing as well. Sometimes I read my favorite jokes and if its still didn't work I prayed.
