are many foreigners good or bad for a country

I think it's a very complicated question. First we should know why the foreigner come to your country? For work or just tourist? Tourist can make benefits for local people, not many people will disagree with it. workers sometimes can make benefits to the local society if they pay their Tax and spend money in local shops. however sometimes they also take the job chances of local people. The typical example in Dubai. Dubai was in big success before the credit crisis. Foreigners in Dubai did do big contribution to it. But now the foreigners left the economy in Dubai is going to die. So it's really difficult to say good or bad. I think for local goverment they should realise it and balance the job chances for local and foreigners.so their economy would not be controled by foreigners.

I don't think that too many foreigners are a problem to any country and ofcourse in this age of globalisation we should consider the whole world as a single country and we should move forward.So we cannot avoid immigration and in my opinion we should cope up with our foreigner colleagues and treat them alike.. happy mylotting

Hi rubiana , I agree with you , many foreigners aren't an abuse , they are workers like u and me , they bring prosperity to the country ant to the economy ))) I don't think that they are making something bat to a country , plus they are people too! Thanks for the discussion ))) Good Luck
