removal of icons from recycle bin

hi mylot friends, i am dilating unwanted icons from the desktop screen to the recycle bin,when i dilate the the icon from my desktop it will go directly to recycle bin without copy ,cut and paste,now i wish to dilate the icons from the recycle bin also,how to remove/dilate the icons from recycle bin?please give me a suggestion
