I want to start a buisness on the Internet. Some advices?

Hi my friends! I've been thinking to start making money over the internet. First, I thought that would be easy but now I know that's hard work. I only need some advices about the domain of activity to choose. I've been thinking to start a community / forum about electronics and review's. The site would be especially for Romanian community because there is place for my site too. Do you have any other ideas about bulding a site about electronics? I must say that I don't want to invest more than 250$ to start.
