Very interesting article. Very important to focus on the self ie looking within for what is without, love of self is paramount if you don't love yourself how can you expect someone else to! Be true to yourself, and make sure that when creating your list of positives in a mate that you too have these qualities and if you don't then work on them. The same goes for the negatives as well work on reducing them, and remember no one is perfect..
